Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

LVP is made of a WPC or SPC core, and is designed to closely resemble hardwood. It’s 100% waterproof, more flexible than laminate, and is better suited for areas with moisture like kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Laminate

Laminate flooring is made of a high-density fiberboard core with a photographic image layer that mimics wood or stone, topped with a protective wear layer. It’s known for being durable and scratch resistant, but it's not as water resistant as vinyl is.

Solid Hardwood

Nothing beats the timeless beauty of solid hardwood. It can be refinished multiple times and is best suited for areas without high moisture. Solid hardwood will shrink and expand throughout the year.

Engineered Hardwood

Engineered hardwood offers the beauty of real wood with better resistance to moisture and temperature changes, making it more versatile for modern homes. It's a great choice for places like Arizona & Coastal regions.

Tile & Natural Stone

Tile and stone are incredibly durable, water-resistant, and ideal for high moisture areas. Plus, they offer stunning style options from sleek to rustic.

* Not 100% Waterproof – Despite what salesman tell you Laminate flooring is not waterproof. A laminate water absorption test (ASTM D570) involves immersing a laminate specimen in water at a controlled temperature for 24 hours or longer, then weighing it to calculate the percentage of weight gain, indicating its moisture absorption rate.
